Coverage

RYFT provides a 12-month limited warranty on the motor, battery, controller, frame and other parts of the RYFT X1, starting from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Not covered

Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, chain, grips, seat)
Damage from crashes, jumps, stunts, racing, misuse, abuse or neglect
Water submersion or improper charging
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic damage such as scratches
Commercial or rental use

How to make a claim
